Random "I'm still alive" thingy

New semester, new joys, new sorrows.... Kickass classes, one about vampires, one about science fiction, AND I get credit points for those. I love my studies <33333333333


It's snowing, and I have a completely classfree day on thursday: my three hours spanish are off, because the btw incredibly awesome Lloth-bless-her-little-cotton-socks teacher is on some conference in southern Spain. AND I just got a mail my Listening/Speaking English class teacher has fallen sick, thus making an entirely free day for me whoo!
Now what to do, what to do...
Spanish, btw, is very awesome indeed. She is Competent, Funny, AND she teaches us an awful lot. But boy do we have homework X_X
In Vampires and Science Fiction classes, I get to read works such as Christabel (lesbian pr0n-pwnage), Dracula (of course), Byron&Polidori (UST-slash writers ;-), Dune - yes, THE Dune, Marge Piercy's Woman on the Edge of Time, and all such things. AND I get to pump mommy for book money, because it /is/ for the Holy Studies ^_^
...what else? Death Gate Cycle is teh awesomeness, but Artemis Entreri still owns my ass, er, heart, and I gotta go to class now.

Teh Nari is still alive? Yay. I mean, I knew that anyway, but yay nonetheless. I'm sorry, my higher brain functions have shut down because of a constant lack of sleep (which is entirely not your fault :P). I hope I'm part of the new joys and not of the new sorrows. ;) Otherwise I'll try and fail to make puppy eyes, and look about as stupid as Artemis Entreri trying to appear innocent, and we don't want that, do we? At least I hope we don't. *gets killed for daring to say that Master Entreri can look stupid*

Erm, is there a point to my rambling? No, not really. So I'll just go back to molesting you on ICQ. ^^

WTF you're a DGC-fan too?! *glomp of teh Doom* You're even more awesome than I thought! Bwahaha, the revelation of Bane's true character makes me snicker evilly every time. That was ay-mazin'. Btw, Hugh/Haplo is a hawt pairing, hemhem... *coughs* But the ultimate canon one-true-love thing is still Dog/Sausage. Cannibalistic, maybe, but OTP. ^_^
Concerning Christabel, it's a Coleridge poem, not that long. But certain strophes are more suggestive than Entreri-sama's "Must I be punished?" line. Yes, it's really THAT suggestive.

Been for years, mon! *grins and glomps back* It's been absolute ages since the last time I read the series, though, as I've been trying to track down parts 1-2, 4-6 (since I own 3 and 7). Xar revealing his real name always makes me cry like mad, you know? The whole scene is so brilliant.

Oh my. I may have to look it up. :D I was planning to start reading through Salvatore's series once I've time and, well, what do I know, it's nearly Christmas! We'll see if I actually get down to it. (I still miss some books! Damn!)

Nah, she's just trying to encourage you. ;) You've plenty of decades to go.
